Friendly and helpful staff

Having knowledgeable employees with pleasant personalities to take your reservations is also a key asset to any successful business. Funtrek appreciates the efficiency and dedication of their reservation clerks that answer calls and questions, as well as take bookings with "smiling voices". Funtrek also appoints a designated Tour escort on every coach, except for the Casino line runs. Escorts are there to ensure that your tour goes according to the itinerary, and that you are comfortable, relaxed and entertained.

Documentation

A good tour company will know what documents you need to travel with ease. To prevent border delays, we request that you travel with a valid Canadian passport. We also recommend that you purchase cancellation and out of province medical insurance. This can be done directly through our office.

Safety and Comfort

These two items should be paramount for any tour company. Funtrek uses only motorcoach companies that are affiliated with, and meet the Ontario Motor Coach Association (OMCA) Standards. All our deluxe coaches come equipped with air conditioning, washroom and DVD player for entertainment enroute.

For your convenience we have pick up locations in Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, St. Catharines, Welland, and Niagara falls, or requested locations for your group. We also offer Funtrek gift Certificates, a great gift idea for those special people in your lives.
